Deleting an account requires verification that it belongs to you. Sending an email address alone does not authorize deletion. Never send your password.
Account and subscription
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. Cancel a subscription in the store where you bought it.
What happens next?
After you confirm your email, we verify that it belongs to the account and review the request. App cloud accounts are not publicly enabled yet. We will explain the information involved, any legal retention that applies, and the outcome through the privacy email channel. If you cannot access the original email, contact privacy@deepworkpomodoro.com for a proportionate alternative verification process. Local app history can be removed in Settings; exported files and your system backups stay under your control.
